    • Growth Factors: Topical application of recombinant human platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) to stimulate healing.
    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): Delivering high concentrations of oxygen in a pressurized chamber to promote wound healing, particularly in ischemic wounds or refractory infections.
